Mouse Training:  An introductory, hands-on session for people who are unfamiliar with how to use a computer mouse. Instruction by Appointment. Call Walter Dembowski at 203-452-5197 to schedule.

E-Mail Basics: Getting Started:  An introductory, hands-on session for people who do not yet have email, but would like to.  This workshop shows how to create a free Yahoo email account and how to send and read email. Instruction by Appointment. Call Walter Dembowski at 203-452-5197 to schedule.

Advanced E-Mail: Beyond the Basics:  For people who already send, and receive email.  This lecture-demonstration session will explain how to create an address book, how to send attachments, and how to create folders.

Very, Very, Very Basic Internet Searching:  This lecture-demonstration offers a starting from scratch introduction to searching the Internet.

Tips & Tricks for Using the Online Catalog:  Learn how to search the Trumbull Library’s online catalog more effectively in this hands-on workshop. Instruction by Appointment. Call Walter Dembowski at 203-452-5197 to schedule.

Getting to Know Your Computer:  An introductory session to familiarize people with the computer desktop.  This hands on workshop explains how to use desktop icons like My Documents and My Computer, and taskbar functions such as Programs and Control Panel.  Limited to eight people per session. This class is currentlynot being offered.

Overdrive Sandbox: This hands on small group setting will explain the Overdrive service and how to find ebooks and audiobooks to download to your device. A demonstration of how to search Overdrive, find the format for "your" device, how to checkout and finally -- download it to your device! Limited to Trumbull Residents only. Call Mary Rogers at 203-452-5197 for current schedule.
